As a homeowner, the decision to allow pets in your vacation property is entirely yours. Should you choose to welcome pets, we will designate your listing as 'pet friendly' and apply an additional fee to the guest's bill. Conversely, if a pet is discovered in a property not listed as pet-friendly, a fine will be imposed on the guest.

Soma Key Vacations charges a base commission fee tied to room revenue, with no additional costs for onboarding, startup, or ongoing services.
